Located in the heart of the city, Sub 13 is the ultimate venue for your hen do in Bath! Raise a glass to the hen on our outdoor Terrace, book a table in one of our vaults or shake things up with a hen party cocktail making class. You’ll pick up top mixology tips from our expert cocktail barmen and enjoy sampling your own efforts too. We’re open till 3am at the weekend with dancing in our club area in the basement.

Enjoy a sophisticated day of canapés in the vaults, Champagne on the terrace and artisan cocktails from the Sub 13 bar, Sub 13 is an incredibly unique venue in which to host your wedding reception. Each of our areas is handsomely decorated with sweeping leather booths and subdued lighting. You can choose between booking the whole bar, the terrace or the basement club.
With flexible hire arrangements, delicious food and cocktail options, we can put together the perfect function for you. You can also enjoy having exclusive use of the entire venue during your event.
Wedding receptions can be held at Sub13 any day except for Saturday. Exclusive use is subject to an agreed minimum spend.

The garden terrace and bar comfortably seats 120 people, with a mixture of benches and tables – and lots of cushions. The terrace is a lovely suntrap in the summer and we’ve installed heat lamps to keep you warm on cooler evenings.
We can recommend local caterers who can provide anything from canapés to garden BBQs. We’d be more than happy to put you in touch.
In addition to our famous cocktails, we can arrange to provide a Champagne reception for your guests. If you have any other requirements, please don’t hesitate to ask.
